Joshua Cevalier

Joshua Chevalier

Joshua Chevalier, MBA is the Program Manager for Goodwill Staffing. As a staffing professional, Joshua has serviced the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Region in various industries including Healthcare, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Construction, Government/Department of Defense, Aerospace, Hospitality/Tourism, amongst others. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of daily staffing operations at Goodwill Staffing. Joshua is diversely experienced in various aspects of operations, sales, marketing, resource planning and process improvement as well as a dedicated team builder with talent for managing people, projects, and procedures in a manner that produces high level customer service.

Joshua is an active participant in local networking groups and consistently builds relationships in our community. Joshua has an undergraduate degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing and Management and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Management focus in 2014. He was formerly a baseball player and can be often found on the softball field, golfing, bowling, and enjoying the majestic outdoors of Colorado.


Laura Watson

Laura Watson

Laura joined Goodwill Staffing as a Staffing Specialist, in which she is responsible for the daily operations, assisting candidates, and matching professionals to the needs of our clients. Laura brings over 7 years of experience in staffing/recruiting adding value and knowledge of various industries. Laura looks forward to starting work to obtain her CSP certification and strengthening the community through employment opportunities.

Laura is also United States Air Force veteran and has called Colorado Springs home for the last 23 years. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and taking care of her three rescue dogs.


Jeffrey Plunkett

Jeffrey Plunkett

Jeffrey joined Goodwill Staffing as a Staffing Recruiter, assisting in recruiting and coordinating applicants throughout the Southern and Western Colorado region. Jeffrey’s motivation is driven by assisting Job Seekers and he relies on his determination/creativity to find interesting and efficient ways to find candidates employment. Jeffrey is a veteran of the Goodwill Industries (Social Enterprise). Previously, as a Job Developer for the Career Development Center, he helped hundreds of individuals in El Paso County find fulfilling employment and established relationships with various employers and community resources in the Pikes Peak region.

Jeffrey is a Colorado Springs native, with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Northern Colorado and worked in the Technology Communications field for 5 years. When he’s not scouring the internet for the latest sneaker release, he’s enjoying time with his family, or exploring the best food spots the city has to offer (so far, Springs Orleans is at the top of his list).


Alma Sampedro

Alma Sampedro

Alma Sampedro is the Account Executive for Goodwill Staffing, partnering with businesses to understand and deliver on their varying hiring needs. Alma earned the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012. She has since gained business acumen by participating in a corporate Management Trainee program. Upon graduation, she became an effective outside, business-to-business sales professional specializing in gaining and retaining business partners. Alma’s industry experience is varied, servicing companies in Manufacturing, Construction, Education, Healthcare, Food-Service, and others.

Alma grew up in Aurora, but made Colorado Springs her home after falling in love with the Pikes Peak backdrop. She frequently visits the Garden of the Gods and Palmer Park. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
