How do I apply for a job?
The first step to your new job is right here on our website. Simply click on the link to our online application, fill out the form and upload your resume. We’ll contact you when we’ve found a job that matches your skills. Click here for Application
What happens after I send Goodwill Staffing my resume?
Once you’ve completed and submitted our online application, you’ll receive an email confirmation. After we review your application a staffing representative will call you to arrange an in-person interview with our staff, the hiring employer or both. Applicants will only be called if they qualify for a current open position. If chosen for the job, you will receive a job offer detailing length of employment, pay and hours. If you accept the position, the staffing representative will help you prepare for your first day on the job and check with you periodically to ensure that things are going well.

Although we receive many requests for diverse skills and backgrounds, our employers most frequently seek the following positions:

What if I don’t see a job listing that’s suited for me?
Goodwill Staffing receives new job notices every day. You can submit your resume here so that we have it on file for future opportunities that match your skills. Make sure you check back frequently to review new job postings.
It has been awhile since I submitted an application. When will I hear from you?
Our ultimate goal is your success. A staffing representative will contact you as soon as we’ve matched your application to the right job. Feel free to contact our staff periodically for status updates.
How long are job assignments?
Job assignments vary greatly—ranging from one day to six months—with the potential of transitioning to full-time employment. A staffing professional will let you know the length of a particular assignment prior to starting.
How often do I get paid and in what manner?
Pay is issued each Friday through pay cards or direct deposit. A staffing professional will help you complete the necessary forms to set up the most convenient payment option for you.
I have a concern about my employment. Who can I talk to?
Please contact the staffing representative who placed you to discuss any issues you have on the job. He or she will help you identify solutions, including alternative placement, if necessary.
