Joshua Chevalier, MBA is the Program Manager for Goodwill Staffing. As a staffing professional, Joshua has serviced the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Region in various industries including Healthcare, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Construction, Government/Department of Defense, Aerospace, Hospitality/Tourism, amongst others. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of daily staffing operations at Goodwill Staffing. Joshua is diversely experienced in various aspects of operations, sales, marketing, resource planning and process improvement as well as a dedicated team builder with talent for managing people, projects, and procedures in a manner that produces high level customer service.
Joshua is an active participant in local networking groups and consistently builds relationships in our community. Joshua has an undergraduate degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing and Management and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Management focus in 2014. Kelly DeSousa, OSHA/MSHA Certified, is the Business Coordinator/Recruiter for Goodwill Staffing. As a recruiter, Kelly is responsible for placing qualified candidates. She looks forward to starting work to obtain her CSP designation.
Kelly is currently working towards completing her Associate in General Studies degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Multimedia Graphic Design.

Phil brings extensive Development and Solutions providing experience to this position with a fresh approach to Client Development and Strategic Relationship building that he attributes to his success.
Phil’s industry experience includes Business, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Facilities and Maintenance in and around the Front Range of Colorado.

Maxine Muniz, joined Goodwill Staffing as a Talent Recruiter and office coordinator, assisting in recruiting and coordinating applicants throughout the Southern and Western Colorado region. Maxine has a client-driven mentality that she pulls her inspiration from to ensure she’s able to help others resolve issues brought to her or come up with a solution to do so.
Maxine looks brightly onto the future as she moves forward with earning her CSP so that she may reach higher levels in her ability to help place the right candidates with the best opportunities.
Maxine migrated with her veteran husband and two small children from the hot (yet beautiful) state of Texas where she was born and raised. Having been a resident of Colorado since September 2015, Maxine prefers it in Colorado over Texas mainly because unlike Texas which only has two season (winter and scorching summers), Colorado has four seasons, although sometimes all in one day, Maxine is just fine with that.
