Goodwill Industries’ mission is to help people reach their highest level of personal and economic independence. And while you may know us from our retail centers or work with the special needs community, Goodwill’s board observed another need in the late 90s: many of our friends, family members and peers were out of work and needed help finding good jobs. At the same time, our partner businesses and non-profits were having trouble filling open positions with the right candidates.
In 1998, Goodwill Staffing was launched in Colorado Springs to fill this community need. Every day, we bring employers and job-seekers together to put people to work: from office staff to nurses, construction laborers to computer pros, we can help. Assignments can be long or short-term, in the public or private sectors. And Goodwill Staffing offers one of the best, most diverse and successful temp-to-hire conversion programs in the industry.
As a local business and the Pikes Peak region’s premiere staffing agency, Goodwill Staffing knows the community and its unique employment needs. Our affiliation with Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs fosters community ties that open doors, where national franchises often lack local connections to build rapport and create opportunity. Our staff builds long-term relationships with the businesses and individuals we serve, and has earned a reputation for exceptional customer service. Our in-house resources and local management allow us to quickly respond to all your various staffing needs.
Goodwill Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
