Goodwill Staffing is a full-service staffing agency and human resources consulting firm operated by Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs. We are currently the only not-for-profit staffing provider in the state of Colorado.  Our purpose is to bring qualified employees together with employers that conduct business within El Paso County.  By developing partnerships with local businesses, Goodwill Staffing is able to recruit, screen and place qualified employees in a wide range of specialties and job classifications on a temporary, temp-to-hire, pay rolling, or direct placement basis.
